I am a senior economist at Amazon, working in the Retail Pricing Science & Research group, the team responsible for developing Amazon’s pricing algorithms worldwide.
I specialize in machine learning for causal inference, econometric modeling of customer behavior—especially for demand modeling and price optimization—and Bayesian inference.
Before joining Amazon, I obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.A. and B.Sc. in Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
Born and raised in Barcelona, Spain, currently living in beautiful Seattle, WA.
